Job Title: Project Engineer - Façade and Aluminum

Location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer specialized in façade and aluminum systems to join our team in Riyadh, KSA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in aluminum minimal systems, a strong understanding of green building concepts, and knowledge of heat treatment processes. A valid KSA driving license is a must. Preference will be given to Saudi nationals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage façade and aluminum projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure that project specifications and designs are met.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with project plans and safety regulations.
• Utilize expertise in aluminum minimal systems to optimize design and implementation.
• Apply knowledge of green building concepts to enhance sustainability and efficiency in project execution.
• Implement heat treatment processes where applicable to ensure the durability and quality of aluminum components.
• Prepare and present regular project progress reports to stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local regulations and standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience in façade and aluminum systems projects.
• Must have -Valid KSA driving license.
• Strong understanding of aluminum minimal systems.
• Knowledge of green building concepts and sustainability practices.
• Familiarity with heat treatment processes.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Saudi nationals are strongly preferred.
• Professional certifications in project management or related fields.
• Previous experience in the construction industry within the KSA.
