Project Engineer - (Fit -Out)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Engineer to join our dynamic team specializing in Interior Fit-Out works. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing interior projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality standards, timely delivery, and adherence to budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and oversee all site activities related to civil and interior fit-out works.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure that all materials and workmanship comply with project specifications, drawings, and standards.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports.
• Supervise site labor force and subcontractors.
• Resolve any unexpected technical issues or challenges on-site.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations and safety standards.
• Prepare and manage project documentation including BOQs, RFIs, and project close-out reports.
• Support cost estimation, budgeting, and procurement activities when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5* years of UAE experience* in the Interior Fit-Out industry.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, detailing, and site execution.
• Excellent understanding of project management tools, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project planning tools.
• UAE Driving License an advantage
