  • Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate stakeholder requirements and feedback.
  • Review and interpret authority standards, guidelines, and procedures relevant to project delivery.
  • Provide technical input to reports, correspondence, and presentations related to stakeholder management.
  • Ensure compliance with WSP’s project management systems, quality standards, and health & safety policies.
  • Mentor and support junior team members in stakeholder coordination and communication best practices.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 8–12 years of experience, with a strong focus on stakeholder management within large-scale transport and infrastructure projects in the UAE or wider GCC.
  • Proven experience liaising with Abu Dhabi authorities such as ADM, ITC, ADSSC/ADNOC, TRANSCO, ADDC, ADWEA, and DMT.
  • Solid understanding of design and construction processes, particularly within roads, highways, utilities, and public realm projects.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines.
