Project Engineer - fit out

Job Summary:

The Project Engineer – Fit-Out is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising interior fit-out projects to ensure timely completion within budget and as per approved drawings, specifications, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage site execution of interior fit-out works.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site team.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and project specifications.
• Monitor project schedule and ensure timely completion.
• Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports.
• Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and main contractors.
• Check and approve materials delivered to site.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Handle site measurements and prepare BOQ variations if required.
• Coordinate with design and joinery production team for smooth execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years UAE experience in interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out materials and site execution.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• UAE Driving License preferred.
