Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Experience Required: 5 – 7 Years (with proven experience in interior fit-out projects)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Project Engineer (Fit-out) to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong civil engineering background and extensive experience in managing interior fit-out projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise fit-out projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, drawings, and timelines.
• Coordinate and liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of work.
• Prepare project schedules, work programs, and progress reports.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Resolve technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions on-site.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are adhered to at all times.
• Monitor project budgets and control project costs to avoid overruns.
• Review and approve material submittals and method statements.
• Attend project meetings and provide regular updates to senior management and clients.
• Lead and mentor site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure high-performance delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, BOQs, and project documentation.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office.
• Knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations and other local authority approvals.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• UAE Driving License is an advantage.
