Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Engineer – Fit-Out & Acoustic to oversee site operations and project execution. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in fit-out works and acoustic solutions, with a proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This role requires effective coordination with consultants, contractors, and suppliers, as well as strict adherence to HSE and regulatory requirements. A valid UAE Driver’s License is mandatory for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily site operations for fit-out and acoustic projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely execution.
• Oversee installation works, ensuring compliance with design drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Conduct site surveys, feasibility assessments, and compliance checks.
• Monitor project progress, prepare regular reports, and communicate updates on timelines, costs, and risks to stakeholders.
• Provide technical expertise during meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Enforce strict quality control measures, inspections, and approvals throughout project execution.
• Resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently to minimize delays.
• Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environmental) regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, inspections, and approvals.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site/Project Engineer in the fit-out and acoustic industry.
• Valid UAE Driver’s License (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of fit-out construction processes, acoustic systems, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Hands-on experience managing subcontractors and ensuring adherence to project schedules.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management/engineering software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Prior UAE work experience is highly desirable.
