Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Site / Project Engineer with a background in the fit-out industry, preferably with experience in blinds and curtains installation. The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end execution of projects, ensuring high-quality delivery, compliance with design specifications, and adherence to safety standards. A valid UAE Driver’s License is required for site visits and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day-to-day site operations related to fit-out works, particularly for blinds and curtains installation.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and adherence to schedules.
• Supervise installation processes to ensure work is completed in compliance with design specifications, technical drawings, and safety regulations.
• Conduct site surveys, feasibility assessments, and inspections to maintain project quality and compliance.
• Monitor project progress, prepare site reports, and update stakeholders on timelines, costs, risks, and potential delays.
• Collaborate with project teams to troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues efficiently.
• Maintain proper documentation of site activities, inspections, quality control checks, and safety compliance.
• Ensure the proper handling, storage, and installation of materials to prevent damage.
• Assist in client and contractor meetings, providing technical input and updates on project progress.
• Ensure all safety standards and regulations are strictly followed on-site.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site / Project Engineer in the fit-out industry, with preference for blinds and curtains installation.
• Valid UAE Driver’s License (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of site management, construction drawings, technical specifications, and installation standards.
• Experience in managing subcontractors and ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick, informed decisions on-site.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other engineering-related software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous UAE experience is highly desirable.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
