Job Title: Project Engineer – Interior Fit-out

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to oversee and manage interior fit-out projects from start to completion. The role involves coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project delivery within time, cost, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor interior fit-out projects in line with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Supervise site activities to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project schedules.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, ensuring accurate implementation on-site.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation for management and clients.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of works and materials.
• Identify and resolve technical/site issues in coordination with consultants and project managers.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at all stages of project execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in interior fit-out projects (preferably in the UAE).
• Strong knowledge of fit-out construction methods, materials, and finishes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project scheduling tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
