Project Engineer - KSA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified Electrical Project Engineer with proven SEC (Saudi Electricity Company) approval to join our team. The role is dedicated to managing and supervising substation projects, ensuring compliance with SEC standards and delivering projects on time, within scope, and with the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise electrical works in HV/MV substation projects in compliance with SEC specifications.
• Review project designs, drawings, and technical documentation to ensure adherence to standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and SEC representatives for project execution and approvals.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality objectives are met.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment.
• Prepare technical reports, project updates, and documentation as per SEC requirements.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures, safety standards, and HSE regulations.
• Provide technical guidance to site teams and resolve engineering challenges.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering .
• SEC approval as Electrical Project Engineer (mandatory).
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in energy projects.
• In-depth knowledge of SEC standards, specifications, and approval processes .
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver results under pressure.
• Saudi nationality is a must .
