Project Engineer, Luxury Villas & High-End Fit-Out (Dubai)

We are seeking a Project Engineer with a proven background in luxury residential and high-end villa construction and fit-out projects to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, quality-driven, and experienced in managing complex, design-focused projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate on-site construction and fit-out activities to ensure exceptional quality and timely delivery.
• Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to maintain project schedules and standards.
• Review drawings, specifications, and shop drawings for accuracy and compliance with design intent.
• Ensure full adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards and regulations.
• Collaborate closely with design, procurement, and project management teams to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury or high-end villa construction and interior fit-out within the UAE.
• Strong technical knowledge of finishing materials, detailing, and installation methods.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple trades and uphold top-tier workmanship on-site.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• UAE driving license preferred.
