Project Engineer/ Project Supervisor (Interior Décor)

KBC Group, a leading Dubai-based business group specialized in home interiors, commercial interiors, visual merchandising, advertising, marketing, and technology since 2003, is hiring Project Engineer/ Project Supervisor (Interior Décor).This role spans across two of our flagship companies: KBC Interior, UAE’s premium commercial fit-out specialist with special focus in retail interiors, and WowDecor, a fast-growing home interior and furniture solutions brand.

As part of our expansion plans, we are looking for a skilled and experienced Project Engineer/ Project Supervisor (Interior Décor) who can handle both residential and commercial projects. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong project management skills and the ability to execute the project within the specified time frame in an organized and cost-effective manner.

The job responsibilities include:

· Plan and manage interior innovation projects from start to finish ensuring that they are completed on time within budget and to the client’s satisfaction.

· Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.

· Coordinating with the production team for submittal of material samples for approval according to specifications/ designs.

· Experience is handling subcontractors in MEP, Civil, Metal fabrication and Electrical HVAC.

· Ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up to date.

· Coordination of work program based on clients’ target dates.

· Submitting request for permits related to site staff vehicles from site authority.

· Coordinating with the clients’ representative for request of information and site concerns for smooth flow of work

· Coordinating with the Production Team and Estimation Department regarding site design updates and variations so as to incorporate it in the production.

· Ensuring that all manpower is properly designated and placed in order to achieve maximum efficiency.

· Report daily the current status of installation works and its progress

· Communicate regularly with the clients to keep them informed of project progress

· Ensuring optimum use of material and labour

Requirements

· Should possess a bachelor’s degree in Civil/ Architectural engineering.

· Must have experience in handling various interior fit out projects ranging from villas, retail, office, restaurants etc.

· Must have contact with MEP, Civil, Metal fabrication and Electrical HVAC sub-contractors.

· Must have minimum 5 years of experience in UAE.

· Must have UAE Driving License

· Possess excellent people management skills

· Knowledge of AUTOCAD and other design software is a plus.
