Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, consultants, and contractors to define project scope, objectives, and schedules.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and prepare regular status reports highlighting achievements, risks, and corrective actions.
- Review and verify contractor and consultant payment applications and ensure compliance with project contracts.
- Maintain effective communication with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and address queries.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals, schedule compliance, and resource optimization.
- Maintain organized project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, change requests, and meeting records.
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively to ensure successful delivery and quality outcomes.
- Conduct inspections to verify compliance with contractual, technical, and quality standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in post-project reviews to implement best practices.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (4+ year program).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination or as a resident engineer within a consulting or contracting firm.
- Proven experience supporting project managers across multiple project phases.
- Strong knowledge of construction best practices, UAE regulations, and project documentation standards.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Primavera, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD.
