About the Role
FirstPoint Group is an award-winning, Dubai-based design-and-build firm delivering refined, functional, and inspiring spaces across Interior Design, Turn-key Fit-Out, Fix & Flip Investment & Property Maintenance. We are seeking a skilled Project Civil Engineer to plan, design, and supervise civil engineering works for residential fit-out and renovation projects. This on-site role requires close coordination with project teams to ensure high-quality delivery, timely completion, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Design

• Manage civil engineering design, review structural plans, and ensure compliance with engineering principles.
• Oversee site works for residential fit-out and renovation projects.

On-Site Supervision & Coordination

• Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, sub-vendors, and fit-out trades.
• Ensure site safety, quality standards, and timely project delivery.

Project Management & Reporting

• Monitor project timelines and liaise with design & architectural teams.
• Prepare and review engineering reports, ensuring regulatory approvals and site inspections are aligned with project requirements.
• Proactively resolve on-site issues while maintaining high workmanship standards consistent with FirstPoint Group’s brand.

Candidate Profile

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

Technical Expertise & Experience

• 3–5+ years of experience in civil engineering design and on-site project supervision.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, site planning, and residential fit-out construction best practices.
• Proven experience managing residential fit-out and renovation projects in the UAE.

Preferred Skills & Attributes

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and on-site management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet tight schedules.
• UAE driving licence with own car is a must.
• Fluent in Hindi and English.
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in residential fit-out projects is mandatory.
• Willingness to work on-site in Dubai and travel between project locations as required.

Compensation & Working Conditions

• Full-time, on-site role in Dubai.
• Salary: AED 6,000 – AED 7,000 per month (negotiable depending on experience).
• Other benefits: To be discussed upon selection.
• Immediate joiners preferred (urgent requirement).
• Presence on construction sites, coordination with trades, and occasional after-hours site visits required.
