Job description:

• Maintain smooth operation in the plant as per GMP requirement.
• Operation and Maintenance of Centrifugal pump, Reactor, centrifuge.
• Operation, Maintenance and Installation of Screw Chiller, Recip.chillers & boiler.
• Operation, Maintenance and Installation of Air Compressor
• Operation, Maintenance and Installation of Air Handling Unit, .
• Operation, Maintenance and Installation of Cooling Tower.
• Maintenance of Purified Water Generation plant (R.O. SYSTEM).
• Operation, Maintenance and Installation of PSG.
• Maintain Documentation as per required.
• Installation of Machines & Equipment in utility.
• Arrange schedule for Preventive Maintenance.
• Qualification & Requalification of AHU & Allied Equipment
• Updating daily consumption of electricity, water, FO & Diesel.

DOCUMENTATION

· Preparing & Maintaining Planned Preventive Record of Production and Utility machine of IQ, OQ & PQ.

· Preparing & maintaining Operational, Cleaning and maintenance SOP’s for utility equipment

· Preparing & Marinating Breakdown History card, Logbooks of Utility Equipment

· Creating of Event as any Abnormal, taking CAPA on and closer of CAPA

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

· Diploma in Mechanical, B. Tech (Mechanical) , Advance Diploma in Safety
