Position: Project Engineering Manager – Civil & Structural (Substations)

Experience: 17+ Years

Location - UAE & Qatar

Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech – Civil / Structural Engineering (or related)

Role Overview:

Lead civil and structural engineering activities for high-voltage substation projects , ensuring safe, optimized, and timely design delivery across project phases—from pre-bid to as-built documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end civil & structural engineering for substation projects (11kV–765kV)
• Lead and coordinate design teams to meet schedule, quality, and budget targets
• Review and approve designs, calculations, and drawings as per relevant codes and standards
• Drive design optimization, quantity control, and cost efficiency
• Coordinate with electrical, MEP, site, and project teams to resolve engineering issues

Requirements:

• Strong experience in GIS/AIS substations, control room buildings, foundations, steel & RCC structures
• Proficiency in civil, structural, and geotechnical design aspects for power infrastructure
• Familiarity with STAAD, ETABS, AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office (TEKLA preferred)
