Project Estimator (Civil/Structural)

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 years of estimation experience in civil/structural projects.
• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil and structural works.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and bid documents.
• Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams for pricing inputs.
• Conduct risk assessments and cost analysis for materials and labor.
