Project Estimator - IT/Medical (AT)

A medical equipment manufacturer is looking for a Project Estimator to join the team. The office location is in Redmond, WA.

The ideal candidate will have a background in network engineering and previous experience in the medical/healthcare industry. This position is a combination of technical design and business collaborations. Strong presentation skills are beneficial as you will be engaging with clients.

Key Responsibilities

· Develops precise estimates, enhancing project accuracy and cost efficiency

· Create and assist in design proposals while keeping track of cost estimates

· Incorporate U.S. construction cost references into estimates

· Collaborate with sales, procurement, and business development teams

· Prepare and present the cost estimates and responses to RFPs/RFQs

· Record and track previous cost data to apply learnings to future proposals

· Ensure the technical designs meet the customer expectations and make modifications accordingly

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field preferred

· PMP certification is a plus

· Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

· Familiarity with U.S. cost databases and industry pricing structures

· Proficiency in MS Office

· Familiar with CAD and comfortable with reading technical drawings

· Strong communication and analytical skills
