Job Overview
As a Project Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in our construction projects by providing accurate cost estimates and ensuring financial feasibility. What you’ll do

• Develop detailed cost estimates for various construction projects using industry-standard software such as Bluebeam and HeavyBid.
• Collaborate with project managers to analyze project specifications and requirements for accurate pricing.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of construction sites to assess potential challenges and opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards.
• Monitor project budgets and expenditures to maintain effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare comprehensive reports that summarize estimated costs, potential risks, and budget forecasts for stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and techniques to enhance estimating accuracy and efficiency.

Basic qualifications

• Proven experience in construction estimating with a strong understanding of construction management principles.
• Proficient in using Bluebeam and HeavyBid software for cost estimation processes.
• Solid foundation in negotiation techniques to secure favorable contract terms.

Projected Total Compensation: $62,603.32 - $75,393.25 per year

Work Location: Remote
