Job Objective
The Project Execution Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the full lifecycle of construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring delivery within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
The role requires strong leadership capabilities, deep knowledge of the Central Region market—particularly Riyadh and the ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams while ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the execution of multiple large-scale projects (minimum project value of SAR 30 million).

Develop comprehensive project execution plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved specifications.

Monitor project costs, control budgets, and implement corrective actions when required.

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.

Manage and coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams, consultants, and contractors.

Liaise with stakeholders, suppliers, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth project progress.

Ensure compliance with local regulations and requirements specific to Riyadh and the Central Region.

Prepare executive-level progress reports, highlighting risks, deviations, and performance indicators.

Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Minimum 15 years of experience in managing multi-disciplinary construction projects.

Strong knowledge of the Central Region market and regulatory environment in Riyadh.

Professional certification such as PMP® from the Project Management Institute is required.
