Project Executive

Job Purpose
The Project Executive – Temporary Venues is responsible for gathering all relevant project details and overseeing budgets, timelines, and risk management to ensure efficient delivery. This role requires close coordination with suppliers, designers, and internal teams to guarantee smooth project execution and client satisfaction. It plays a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality temporary venue projects.

Minimum Qualifications, Experience & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience: 2–3 years of experience in tent structure project management, preferably within the events or temporary venues sector.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong computer proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Solid project management capabilities.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Dedication, attention to detail, and commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Confident decision-making abilities.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to AED15,000.00 per month
