Professional Duties and Responsibilities
Project Coordination:

Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for smooth execution.

Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation e.g., plans, reports, updates.
Monitoring & Reporting:

Track project progress and performance using appropriate systems/tools.

Prepare project status reports and present findings to stakeholders.

Monitor budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.
Communication & Support:

Act as a liaison between project stakeholders and teams.

Schedule and facilitate meetings, follow-ups, and communication flows.

Resolve issues or escalate them to the project manager as needed.
Documentation & Compliance:

Maintain up-to-date project documentation including contracts, reports, and logs.

Ensure all project activities comply with internal policies and external regulations.
Support Strategic Goals:

Identify risks and opportunities in project execution.

Contribute to continuous improvement of project processes and tools.

Support the Project Manager in achieving project and business objectives.
