Project Executive - CEO Office

pladis is looking for Project Executive for our pladis CEO Office in Istanbul Çamlıca Office.

What will be your key deliverables?

• Completion of daily CEO office reporting and research processes
• Completion of data procurement and preparations for relevant meetings
• Managing projects related to products and processes
• Ensuring coordination between the CEO Office and other functions and managing joint projects
• Analyzing the score card data and reporting to the CEO
• Planning the CEO communication agenda in line with Corporate Communication communication plans
• Projecting product development and marketing activities as CEO office in parallel with the growth plans and strategy of the region.

What do you need for this role?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Social Science or closely related field
• Have 5 years experiences of Project management, marketing or closely related deparments
• Experienced in analyzing data from market research companies
• Knowledge of MS Applications; knowledge of SAP model is preferred
• Excellent command of English
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, presentation skills
• Analytic thinking, analyzing and reporting capability
• Advanced of planning and organizing ability
• High planning and organization skills
