Project Expeditor

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement Coordination:

  • Collaborate with the procurement team to monitor purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Verify order accuracy, specifications, and adherence to project requirements.

Project Scheduling Support:

  • Assist project managers in maintaining and updating project schedules.
  • Identify and address potential delays by proactively following up with vendors,
  • subcontractors, and stakeholders.

Vendor and Supplier Liaison:

  • Maintain clear communication with suppliers and vendors to confirm deliverytimelines, resolve issues, and expedite shipments.
  • Track and report the status of orders and shipments to project teams.

Coordination with Project Teams:

  • Work closely with project lead installers and superintendents to ensure materials and

equipment are available on-site as needed.

  • Communicate updates on delivery schedules and promptly resolve any on-site material shortages or discrepancies.

Documentation and Recordkeeping:

  • Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, delivery schedules, and

communications.

  • Prepare and distribute regular status reports to project managers and stakeholders.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
