Summary: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Concrete Site Foreman to serve as the on-site leader for our concrete construction projects. The Foreman will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of concrete construction, from layout and forming to placing and finishing, while ensuring all safety guidelines are strictly followed.

Duties:

• Lead and Supervise: Command and coordinate a crew of concrete trade workers to ensure daily production goals and deadlines are met.
• Quality Control: Ensure the quality of work completed on site and that all work is performed according to the latest plan revisions, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Safety & Compliance: Conduct job site safety inspections, lead toolbox talks, identify potential hazards, and ensure compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations.
• Project Management: Organize materials, equipment, and subcontractors to align with the project schedule. Track equipment and forms on the job and manage all demobilization activities.
• Documentation & Communication: Accurately enter timesheets and complete daily logs (weather, notes, photos, productivity) in project management software. Communicate daily progress updates and any identified risks to the Project Manager.
• Problem Solving: Identify and clarify discrepancies concerning plans and drawings, and advise the superintendent of any potential design, construction, or scheduling problems.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in concrete construction, with at least 2 years in a leadership or foreman role. Experience with Symons forms and concrete footing set-up, along with flat work experience.
• Skills: Deep understanding of concrete form setting, curing methods, formwork systems, and forming, pouring, and finishing techniques.
• Technical Abilities: Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents to shoot and validate grades/elevations.
• Other: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
