Site Foreman (with Driver’s License)

Foreman Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Foreman to oversee daily site operations and ensure smooth workflow at our construction projects. The Foreman will supervise workers, monitor quality, coordinate site activities, and handle material requirements, including purchasing urgently needed items.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage site workers, subcontractors, and daily work activities
• Ensure all work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and site logistics
• Purchase any missing or urgently required materials from suppliers when needed
• Enforce safety rules and conduct regular site inspections
• Report daily progress to the engineer or project manager
• Solve site issues quickly and prevent project delays
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years experience as a Foreman
• Strong knowledge of construction methods (blockwork, plaster, MEP coordination, finishing, etc.)
• Ability to read and understand drawings
• Valid UAE Driver’s License (mandatory)
• Good communication and leadership skills
• UAE experience preferred

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
