PROJECT HANDOVER COORDINATOR/ENGINEER

Position: Handover Coordinator/Engineer

Location: Doha Qatar

Requirements:

• 10 yrs total experience, minimum 5 years of experience in Ashghal infrastructure/road projects
• Proven experience coordinating with GEC and PWA
• Strong expertise in PDLM system and related handover deliverables
• Thorough knowledge of non-PWA assets and stakeholder coordination
• Experienced in preparing, compiling, and closing all handover documentation
• Experienced in preparing, compiling, and closing all handover documentation
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Construction Engineering or related field
• with MMUP/UPDA
• Local hire with valid Qatar ID & Driving license
• Lean Certification is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end handover process in compliance with Ashghal requirements
• Ensure timely submission and approval of all PDLM deliverables
• Coordinate with consultants, stakeholders, and authorities
• Track asset documentation, drawings, clearances, and approvals
• With a solid background in Ashghal handover procedures and can efficiently drive project close-out.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR1.00 - QAR2.00 per month
