Project Head

Position: Project Head – Construction Company
Experience: 15–20 Years (minimum 8–10 years in high-rise projects)
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech Civil (M.Tech/PG in Construction Management preferred)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Project Head to lead our high-rise residential & commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale towers (30+ floors) on time, within budget, and with the highest standards of quality & safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of high-rise projects
• Drive project planning, budgeting & resource management.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors & authorities
• Ensure adherence to safety, statutory & quality standards
• Lead & mentor project teams for high productivity
• Monitor progress & present reports to senior management

What We’re Looking For

• Strong expertise in high-rise construction (residential/commercial towers)
• Excellent leadership & project management skills
• Deep understanding of construction methodologies, codes & safety practices
• Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera / ERP tools
