Are you a strategic, results-driven leader with deep experience in US Healthcare operations? Abacus is seeking a dynamic Project Head / Lead to oversee high-impact healthcare accounts, drive operational excellence, and ensure superior client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end operations for US healthcare projects, ensuring SLA adherence and service excellence.
- Drive strategic planning, performance improvement, and cross-functional coordination across QA, Training, and Workforce teams.
- Engage directly with clients, manage expectations, and support long-term account growth.
- Oversee RCM processes, insurance verification workflows, enrollment/inside sales operations, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and implement SOPs, training modules, and QA frameworks tailored to healthcare processes.
- Analyze performance metrics, identify risks, and implement corrective action plans proactively.
- Manage resource allocation, forecasting, scheduling, and team performance reviews.
- Ensure operational compliance with US healthcare standards and company policies.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Preferred fields: Business, Healthcare Management, or relevant disciplines).
Experience:
- 6–8 years of BPO operations experience, with at least 3–4 years of leadership managing US healthcare accounts.
- Strong background in healthcare operations, including:
– Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
– Insurance Verification (mandatory)
– Enrollment & Inside Sales
– Regulatory compliance
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent client engagement and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to develop SOPs, training modules, and quality frameworks.
- Strong analytical capability with experience managing KPIs and operational dashboards.
- Exceptional communication skills – Minimum C1 English proficiency (verbal & written).
- Proven ability to handle complex healthcare workflows and lead multiple teams efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, EMR/EHR tools, and performance monitoring systems.
