Job Summary:
The Site In-Charge – Project Execution will be responsible for managing on-site operations of solar projects from initiation to completion. The role requires ensuring that projects are executed safely, within schedule, and in compliance with quality standards. The candidate will coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day on-site activities of solar project execution.
• Ensure project work is carried out according to approved designs, drawings, and specifications.
• Monitor project progress, maintain schedules, and ensure timely completion.
• Manage installation teams, subcontractors, and on-site workforce.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, environmental norms, and company policies.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and project management teams to ensure availability of materials and resources.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
• Maintain detailed records of site activities, progress reports, and daily logs.
• Resolve on-site technical and operational issues promptly.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities as needed.
• Implement corrective actions to avoid delays or cost overruns.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma/B.E/B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in solar project execution, preferably in Ground mount and utility-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of solar Site Execution, balance of system components, and civil/electrical installation practices.
• Experience in handling site teams and contractors.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards and quality assurance practices.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
• Ability to work in challenging and dynamic site environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,507,356.31 - ₹5,509,150.14 per year
