Project Lead – SD & TT

s responsible for end-to-end coordination and execution of Service Delivery and Trouble Ticket activities. The role includes daily monitoring of project progress,technical documentation, subcontractor coordination, and ensuring compliance with technical standards and internal systems.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

ORDER MANAGEMENT & COORDINATION

· Follow up all SD and TT orders and track their progress

· Escalate problematic orders as need

· CROSS-CHECK AND UPDATE ORDER STATUSES IN BSS TO ENSURE ACCURACY. TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION & QUALITY CONTROL

· Prepare SIT (Site Integration Testing) documentation for completed SD orders.

· Maintain evidence folders for all service delivery work. · Verify SIT checklists for accuracy and completeness.

· Prepare VC (Verification Certificates) for Last Mile and Trouble Ticket projects.

SUBCONTRACTOR & VENDOR COORDINATION

· Follow up with subcontractors for work completion and obtain confirmations.

· Collect and archive OTDR (Optical Time Domain Reflectometer) reports monthly · Maintain organized proof of communications and work validations Site Surveys & Technical Evaluation

· Conduct physical site surveys, gather measurements, and assess conditions before execution.

· Ensure site conditions are aligned with project requirements and are ready for implementation. Vendor & Client Coordination

· Coordinate with vendors regarding materials, technical clarifications, and scheduling.

· Maintain client communication to ensure tasks are completed as per plan and system updates are accurate. Field Team & Splicing Coordination

· Directly coordinate with splicing teams to manage fiber optic work activities.

· Oversee technical aspects and resolve field-level issues in collaboration with field staff.

WORKING EXPERIANCE:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in telecom project execution, particularly in fiber optic networks and service delivery.

EDUCATION

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related field. Strong technical knowledge of networking systems, SIT processes, fiber splicing, and OTDR testing.

SKILLS Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of fiber optic networks, including splicing and OTDR testing. Familiarity with BSS (Business Support System) tools. Proficient in Site Integration Testing (SIT) procedures and documentation. Experience in field surveys, project documentation, and telecom standards. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word for reporting and documentation. Project & Coordination Skills: Strong project coordination and follow-up abilities. Experience managing subcontractors and vendors. Ability to plan and schedule work in a fast-paced environment. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under pressure. Team-oriented with the ability to coordinate across departments.

Pay: RO600.000 - RO700.000 per month
