We are looking for a " Project Leader " for our customer who has established itself as a major player in “ Automotive Sector ”.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the design, development, and validation activities of Infotainment & Connectivity components , such as Display ECU, IVI, TCU, Wireless Charger, USB, Speaker, and Antenna.
  • Manage hardware and software development activities with co-design suppliers, ensuring alignment with project KPIs (cost, timing, quality).
  • Define and monitor detailed component development plans according to the overall vehicle program master plan.
  • Handle engineering change management processes (OdM, ECR, FETE) and ensure proper product configuration management.
  • Support the serial life and industrialization phases of infotainment and connectivity components, ensuring smooth launch and production readiness.
  • Evaluate and review component/system designs in line with electronic design principles and automotive standards.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities and maintain strong communication with design, quality, manufacturing, purchasing, and supplier teams.
  • Prepare and present project reports, technical documentation, and progress updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical–Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of project management experience in the automotive industry.
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on design or evaluation experience in Infotainment & Connectivity components (Display ECU, IVI, TCU, Wireless Charger, USB, Speaker, Antenna, etc.).
  • Experience in component development for serial life and industrialization programs.
  • Working knowledge of electronic system and component design.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, and a collaborative working style.
