Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
Amaris Consulting is seeking a Project Chief to lead the technical execution of vehicle programs in the field of Infotainment & Connectivity. This role is responsible for ensuring all development activities are aligned with program timing, cost, and quality objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead program management activities including planning, milestone tracking, and risk management.
Manage engineering changes (OdM, ECR, FETE) and ensure proper documentation.
Coordinate hardware and software development activities with suppliers.
Prepare and monitor sub-component plans in line with the program master schedule.
Ensure timely execution of APQP and PPAP processes.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for assembly line issues.
Manage approval workflows for technical documentation and ensure configuration control.
Present weekly progress reports and maintain updated risk and opportunity analyses.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of project management experience in the automotive industry.
Technical knowledge of infotainment and connectivity systems/components.
Strong ability to manage projects in line with cost, timing, and quality targets.
Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
