Project Leader - Business Process Consulting Project

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead consulting projects end-to-end, from opportunity assessment to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage full project lifecycle: scope, planning, execution, budget, timelines, and performance tracking

- Review RFPs and develop technical proposals & implementation strategies

- Lead cross-functional teams (OD, OE, policies, department performance, etc.)

- Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and change-control processes

- Manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations

- Oversee financials including invoicing and coordination with finance

- Ensure high-quality deliverables and continuous improvement

- Identify risks and business opportunities within projects

- Mentor and develop team members

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (Master’s preferred)

- 5+ years in consulting project management

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and tools like Jira, Power BI, etc

- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and ability to work under pressure

- Client-focused with strong business acumen

- Candidates must be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
