Job Description

Maintenance Excellence

• To plan the changes and repairs necessary for optimization of productivity in complete maintenance process.
• To discuss the systemic matters as a Maintenance Excellence Team member in global platform and represent in meetings.
• To follow-up and document energy consumption and prepare projects for reduces.

Reporting

• To determine and define the scope and possibility/impossibility of the product or system
• To inspect and control the external parties
• To track, control and report the progress during the employment procedure of external staff and subcontractors
• To continuously be in counseling and auditing relation with external parties

Maintenance-Repair Plan and Follow-up

• To manage maintenance management module and reinforce using
• To prepare annual scheduled maintenance plan

Project Management

• To manage projects according to the Project Management methodology
• To follow up projects on gantt charts and keep up to date both on Benefit Tracker and Ms teams

Operational Excellence

• As of the member of the Operational Excellence team to be the key user of Benefit & tracker tool
• To keep updated the projects on Benefit & Tracker and validate the benefits.

Qualifications And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or industrial engineering
• Preferably experienced in industrial automation systems
• Ability to monitor ongoing investment projects and contribute to new ones
• Strong analytical thinking skills
• Fluent in Turkish and English (preferred)
• Proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Knowledge of fish health and fish pathology (minimum 3 years of experience)
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally
• Preferably holds a valid B-class driving license
