Project Management Analyst

Job Purpose:

The PMO Senior Analyst is responsible for leading and overseeing projects and programs to ensure adherence to project management standards and the successful delivery of initiatives. This role encompasses project initiation, strategic alignment, planning, monitoring, reporting, and closure, while managing stakeholders and enabling teams to execute projects efficiently and effectively. The PMO Senior Analyst ensures that all projects are aligned with organizational objectives, drives change management efforts and supports the prioritization of strategic initiatives to maximize organizational impact.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, templates, tools, frameworks, and best practices across projects/programs.
• Oversee project scheduling, resource allocation, dependencies, and milestones.
• Track progress of projects and programs, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Facilitate risk and issue management, providing guidance for mitigation and escalation.
• Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor project performance.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management based on project data.
• Ensure timely and accurate status updates for all initiatives.
• Liaise with different teams, business units, and external vendors to align objectives and deliverables.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and workshops to drive alignment and issue resolution.
• Communicate key project outcomes, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve PMO efficiency, reporting, and project delivery processes.
• Support strategy initiatives through structured project management practices.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to PMO staff.
