Project Management Consultant.

Job Purpose:

To provide expert consultation in project management practices, frameworks, and tools. The consultant supports organizational maturity in project delivery, ensuring projects are executed effectively and aligned with best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project management methodologies and standards.
• Guide project managers and teams in applying best practices.
• Monitor project performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
• Deliver training, workshops, and mentorship programs for staff.
• Ensure alignment of projects with organizational and strategic objectives.
• Prepare detailed progress reports and present findings to leadership.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or PhD in Project Management, Computer Science, or IT-related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience (preferably in digital transformation or IT).
• Certification: PMP or PRINCE2.

Skills & Competencies:

• Deep knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Strong facilitation and training skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
