Role Summary:
The Lead Analyst, Project Management is responsible for integrating approved strategic initiatives into company’s macro-planning and execution frameworks. This role ensures timely, cross-functional implementation of major projects, proactively tracking performance, managing interdependencies, and reporting progress to leadership.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Integrate strategic initiatives into macro-planning and project execution frameworks.

Develop clear project roadmaps with defined deliverables, milestones, timelines, and responsible owners.

Coordinate with internal departments to align execution efforts and ensure on-time delivery of strategic projects.

Monitor project progress, proactively manage interdependencies, and identify or resolve execution bottlenecks.

Provide accurate and timely project updates, dashboards, and performance reports to the Manager and senior leadership.

Support the 10-year strategic planning and annual budgeting process by aligning initiative milestones with planning cycles.
Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in corporate strategy ,business management, planning or finance or any related field.

Master’s degree is preferred.

A minimum of 4 years of experience in relevant area

2 years of relevant experience, including exposure to executive-level discussions and cross-functional strategic project management.

Experience preparing executive-level presentations and supporting C-suite decision-making processes.
