Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead our Gas Plant Expansion Project in Fadhili, KSA. The candidate must possess strong technical and managerial expertise in Steel Structure, Mechanical, and Piping (SMP) works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all project phases from post-award to final completion, ensuring compliance with scope, budget, and schedule.
• Oversee SMP works including Steel Structures, Mechanical, and Piping activities.
• Plan and execute project strategies to achieve milestones safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments for smooth execution.
• Control project budgets, schedules, and manpower allocation.
• Manage project documentation, reporting, and contractual correspondence.
• Lead risk assessment, claims management, and change control processes.
• Contribute to business development initiatives including proposal and tender support.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas Construction (preferably SMP projects).
• Proven record of successfully delivering large and technically complex Oil & Gas projects, including large-diameter piping works.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong commercial awareness and client-handling experience.
