Key Responsibilities:
• Enforce PMO governance policies and standards in alignment with Digital Government Authority (DGA) frameworks and organizational procedures
• Monitor project compliance, KPIs, risks, issues, and performance indicators across multiple projects and programs
• Develop and maintain standardized PMO reporting templates, dashboards, and governance documentation aligned with Qiyas measurement criteria
• Support project stage gate reviews, governance committees, audits, and executive reporting activities
• Ensure projects align with organizational strategy, digital transformation objectives, and national initiatives
• Maintain project repositories, audit trails, governance records, and documentation controls
• Support portfolio management activities including prioritization, planning, tracking, and resource alignment
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure governance best practices are applied consistently
• Identify governance gaps, process inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities within PMO operations
• Assist in risk management, issue escalation, and compliance tracking activities
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, quality standards, and reporting accuracy
Required Skills & Expertise:
• Strong understanding of PMO governance frameworks and project lifecycle management
• Experience with DGA governance standards and digital transformation initiatives
• Familiarity with Qiyas measurement and reporting methodologies
• Strong experience in project reporting, KPI tracking, and executive dashboards
• Knowledge of portfolio management, risk management, and compliance monitoring
• Experience working with PMO tools, reporting systems, and governance platforms
• Excellent documentation and audit management skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, MIS, Project Management, Engineering, or related field
• PMP, PMI-PMOCP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications are preferred
• Previous experience in government, semi-government, or enterprise PMO environments is highly preferred
• Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation programs is a plus
