Role Overview:

We are seeking a professional for our Project Management Office (PMO). The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading enterprise-wide project governance, ensuring strategic alignment, and enabling the consistent delivery of high-impact projects. This role requires proven expertise in portfolio management, governance frameworks, and organizational transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and continuously improve the PMO function, ensuring standardization of project governance, processes, and reporting.
  • Oversee the organization’s strategic project portfolio to ensure alignment with business objectives and priorities.
  • Partner with executive leadership to define project prioritization, resource allocation, and investment decisions.
  • Monitor and evaluate project performance through defined KPIs, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Develop enterprise-level dashboards and reports for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Drive risk management, issue resolution, and change control processes across the portfolio.
  • Ensure the adoption of best practices, tools, and methodologies across the organization.
  • Support project managers, ensuring capability development and adherence to standards.
  • Facilitate governance board meetings, providing strategic updates and recommendations.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement in project delivery.

Requirements:


  • 4-6 years of progressive experience in project/program/portfolio management.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise-level governance frameworks and portfolio management practices.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional, and multi-geography projects.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Clarity PPM, JIRA, or similar).
  • Relevant certifications, such as PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, or PMO-CP, are preferred.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, IT, or related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
