P3O Officer (Software Development Portfolio)

Location: Saudi Arabia

Role Summary

Support the software development portfolio by ensuring consistent project governance, standards, reporting, and performance tracking across all programs and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain project management standards, templates, and governance procedures.
• Collect, validate, and update project/portfolio data.
• Track progress, risks, issues, changes, and dependencies.
• Support creation and updating of project plans and baselines.
• Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and highlight reports.
• Facilitate planning, risk, and start-up/closure workshops.
• Coordinate with project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders.
• Support transition from development to UAT/production.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in IT/Computer Science or related field.
• 3–6 years in PMO/P3O or project governance roles.
• Knowledge of PMI/PRINCE2/Agile methods.
• Strong planning, reporting, and analytical skills.
• Experience with tools like MS Project, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
