As related customer equipment, facilities or infrastructure projects: responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources. Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team. Executes standard operational/technical tasks typically subject to instructions and work routines. There is latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing work situations.

Manage all aspects of small to mid-sized equipment-only or non-turnkey projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out

Act as a point of contact between the Project Management Office (PMO) and Finance departments

Prepare Budget Deviation Reports by retrieving and analyzing SAP data; perform variance analysis in coordination with Sourcing, Procurement, Engineering, and Production teams

Review project financial backlog and identify outstanding billing opportunities; initiate required actions to complete billing in a timely manner

Perform billing and collection reconciliation at both project and customer levels to identify gaps and ensure accurate, on-time collections

Support project close-out processes, ensuring all financial and technical requirements are fulfilled by working with Project Managers and relevant departments

Analyze project costing by reviewing work orders, production orders, labor hours, and related adjustments; identify discrepancies and lead corrective/improvement actions in collaboration with Operations

Support the continuous improvement of project management and financial tracking processes

Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and participate in strategy execution within the defined policy framework

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders by effectively communicating both technical and financial information
Required Qualifications:

Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems

Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment

Strong verbal and written English language skills

Currently residing in or open to relocating to Istanbul or Kocaeli

Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from an accredited university

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
