So, what responsibilities does the Project Management Specialist take on at Otokoç Otomotiv?
•Responsible for conducting and deployments of projects through a portfolio management approach.
•Working with cross functional teams and leading them through the project life cycle by planning, executing, monitoring and finalizing technology projects
•Assign and monitor resources to provide project efficiency and maximize deliverables to ensure timely delivery of projects
•Determine technology solutions by conducting supplier relations with technology business partners in projects, to prepare contracts and specifications, to receive and finalize proposals
•Coordinate internal and external stakeholders by continuous and effective communication to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule and budget
•Following up the project stages and outputs closely. Analyzing project status and managing changes in project scope, resource and timeline proactively to ensure that project requirements can be met
•Identifying potential risks for project delivery. Prioritizing and preparing mitigation plans, where necessary
•Responsible for user acceptance tests and overseeing quality control throughout the project
What are the Required Qualifications?
•Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Management Systems or related fields from a reputable university
•Experienced in project management, preferably with a PMI certification
•At least 5 years of experience in the IT and/or software industry
•Experienced in working and applying project management methodologies (agile, scrum, kanban, waterfall)
•Competent to use project management tools/software (MS Project, Visio, JIRA, etc.)
•Outstanding communication, collaboration and coordination skills
•Strong analytical and planning skills with a result-oriented mindset
•Effective time management skills
•Good at written and communication skills in English
