Job Purpose:

execute activities related to end-to-end project management, including project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment and engineering support. Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables


Key Accountabilities:

Operational

Coordinating and planning daily operations and maintenance activities, including scheduling the work of the teams and the required materials and equipment.

Direct the operation and maintenance teams to ensure that operations are carried out effectively in accordance with established standards and policies.

Create and follow up on operation and maintenance reports, analyze data related to performance and efficiency, and submit appropriate reports to management.

Contribute to the development and implementation of operation and maintenance strategies to improve efficiency and quality and reduce costs.

Coordination with external parties such as suppliers and contractors to ensure the availability of resources and carry out maintenance work as needed.

Participate in internal audits to ensure compliance with standards and regulations applicable to operation and maintenance work.

Develop and implement training and development programs for operation and maintenance teams to enhance skills and improve performance.

Follow up on preventive and emergency maintenance schedules for equipment, devices, buildings and warehouses and ensure their implementation on time.

Dealing with operational and maintenance problems and risks and taking appropriate measures to deal with them according to the approved policy.

Managing the company’s projects according to specialization, following up with contractors and suppliers, and managing the project’s workflow

Manage maintenance contracts, analyze them, and negotiate with companies regarding contracts technically, financially, and regulatory according to what is consistent with regulations, laws, and company policy.

Receiving project work from contractors, ensuring that the items are implemented according to the agreed upon contract, and conducting the necessary technical tests to ensure the integrity of implementation.


Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering

Minimum Experience: 5-8 years in operation and maintenance management and project management

Skills: (People Management, Negotiation Skills, Teamwork, Planning and organizing)
