We are looking for a 'Project Management Specialist' to join our team.

We are seeking a Project Management Specialist to join our Product Development Department's Business Support Team, providing assistance and support for our projects.

What do we expect from a 'Project Management Specialist' ?

• Manage system setup, user access, and maintenance for the Product Development department;
• Prepare and update internal training materials and operation manuals for buyers and development teams;
• Organize and archive supplier and contract documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance;
• Support project management processes and assist in cross-department coordination and progress tracking;
• Communicate with suppliers and provide daily translation and document support in Chinese, Turkish, and English;
• Assist in process optimization and standardization initiatives based on project needs.

What does the 'Project Management Specialist' need?

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with 1–3 years of relevant experience;
• Background in project management, product development, or business support preferred;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
• Strong sense of responsibility, coordination skills, and attention to detail;
• Proficiency in Chinese, Turkish, and English as working languages is highly preferred.
