Project Management Specialist

Purpose:


Implements governance practices at the project level by tracking progress, managing reports, and maintain documentation. Supports accurate and timely reporting to enable informed oversight and control.


Main Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Applies project governance standards at the project level in accordance with EPMO guidelines.
  • Prepare regular statues reports, ensuring completeness and alignment with reporting templates.
  • Track project risks, issues, and actions in governance registers.
  • Follow up on overdue items and ensures timely updates to logs and dashboards.
  • Collect project data and inputs for portfolio-level reporting.
  • Support audits by maintain accurate governance documentation.
  • Ensure usage of approved templates and processes for all project reporting.
  • Escalate non-compliance or data inconsistences to the project lead or governance coordinator.
  • Coordinate logistics for governance meetings and reporting deadlines.
  • Maintain historical records of governance reviews, approvals, and corrective actions.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
