LOOKING FOR PROJECT MANAGER FOR OUR CONTRACTING DIVISION

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage all phases of construction projects including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and resource allocation.
• Lead project teams, including site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports on timelines, costs, risks, and quality.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure that all work is executed in compliance with contractual, legal, and quality standards.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage project documentation, contracts, RFIs, change orders, and approvals.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to plans.
• Chair project meetings and follow up on action items.
• Maintain high standards of safety, health, and environmental performance at the site

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 6–8 years of progressive experience in construction project management.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering medium to large-scale projects (residential, commercial, or infrastructure).
• Strong understanding of project planning software.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• UAE Driving License
• DM Card G+12 Mandatory / UNLIMITED advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
