Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from launch to handover. You will manage site teams, coordinate with consultants/authorities, and ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with consultants, clients, and authorities for approvals, permits, and inspections.

Plan, monitor, and deliver projects within budget, timeline, and quality standards.

Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.

Review and approve tenders, variations, and subcontractor bills.

Conduct regular site visits, progress reviews, and prepare reports for management.

Identify delays/risks, resolve issues, and escalate critical matters.

Ensure compliance with contracts, authority regulations, and company policies.

Manage project close-out, handover documentation, and final approvals.

Requirements:
10 Years experience in UAE Mandatory

DM Engineer License.

UAE Driving License.

Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction (UAE experience preferred).

Strong knowledge of local authority regulations, permits, and approvals.

Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Ability to manage budgets, resources, and project timelines effectively.
