About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Project Manager with 2–4 years of experience in leading software implementation projects, particularly around Zoho, Odoo, and related platforms. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring smooth project execution from initiation to closure, including post-delivery hyper-care support.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams across onsite and offshore setups in a hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end software implementation projects (Zoho, Odoo, ERP, CRM, HRMS and related technologies).
  • Manage multiple projects in parallel, ensuring timelines, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Translate business requirements into technical terms and vice versa to align client needs with technical delivery.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and vendors.
  • Drive timely delivery of projects with the highest quality standards.
  • Prepare and maintain all required project documentation, reports, and presentations for both clients and internal management.
  • Apply predictive (waterfall) and agile methodologies as appropriate based on project requirements.
  • Ensure smooth project execution across all phases – initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closure, and hyper-care.
  • Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams (onsite and offshore) in a flexible hybrid environment.
  • Proactively identify risks, issues, and bottlenecks and work towards effective resolutions.
  • Handle high-pressure environments and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2–4 years of proven experience managing software implementation projects (Zoho, Odoo, ERP/CRM platforms preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in both predictive and agile approaches.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams in hybrid models (onsite + offshore).
  • Strong documentation, reporting, and client communication skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency: Arabic & English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to multitask and handle parallel projects effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving, adaptability, and creative thinking skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, etc.).
  • Prior experience in consulting environments.
