Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing technology projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, deliver projects on time and within budget, and ensure alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage multiple tech projects from initiation to completion

Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
• Monitor project progress and handle issues and risks proactively
• Conduct regular status meetings and ensure clear communication with all stakeholders
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate tools
• Ensure projects adhere to internal quality standards and compliance guidelines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in a tech or software development environment
• Solid understanding of project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana, MS Project, or similar
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification is a plus

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
